100 Bedded Hospital Currently NPA is Raising Funds

A 100-bedded hospital in Yamuna Nagar, currently classified as an NPA, is seeking strategic investors or financial partners. Spread across 30 acres, the property includes a fully constructed hospital and two operational medical colleges (BDS and Nursing), making it a high-value healthcare asset. The hospital infrastructure comprises three operation theatres—private, emergency, and general—along with dedicated wards and essential medical facilities. Currently, the two colleges have around 80 admissions with four active batches, ensuring ongoing academic operations. The total constructed area spans nearly 12 lakh sq. ft., including a 4-storey hospital building. The overall valuation of the hospital and colleges is approximately ₹450 crores, while the NPA deal is available in the range of ₹60–70 crores. The funds will primarily be used to clear outstanding loans and remove the NPA status, after which there are plans to add a new medical college, creating a fully integrated healthcare and education hub with enormous growth and revenue potential.
