A newly formed construction company is looking for funding based in Raigarh, Chhattisgarh with the premises located in Raigarh with area of 3000 sq. ft. The company deals in the projects of roads and pipelines as of now and are taking the direct contracts from the government. Currently the office is on government lease and the monthly rent that we are having is Rs 12000 per year. Currently we are having 30 employees with us that are working on contractual basis and 5 supervisors are on permanent basis. We have high value orders in hands in future but we need capital for working capital in order to execute these orders.
