A 10-year-old Construction company is looking for Investment based in Ahmedabad. We are into Construction of Commercial and Residential projects of Private sector. We purchase the land, do the construction on that and sell the projects ourselves. We have completed 15 projects in Ahmedabad and 3 are in the pipeline to execute. We have tie-up with the Interior, Architect, civil contractor and other vendors for the supply of raw materials, we have 10-15 vendors in number. We our in need of Working capital of Rs5 cr as an investment to work on our Pipeline Projects.
