A Food Catering & Event Planning Business for Sale

A New Delhi Based 40-year-old Food Catering Business available for sale. The company apart from the market is also empaneled in the Defence sector and provide Catering services to Defence Departments like Army in their (20 MAS), and private functions. We have 4-5 fixed contracts which are renewed after every 3 years and others are taken on Tender basis. We provide them with all the services related to the catering of food and also do the Private event arrangements like decoration and event planning. We outsource the crockery for the event. We have a base kitchen set-up of 2200sq.ft allotted by the Army Society. We have a tie-up for the transportation of Food Delivery. The warehouse is on a rented premises of 5000sq.ft having a stock of Rs.70-80 Lacs. We are planning to do a tie-up with the hospitals as well for catering services.
