A 3-year-old Fully Automated Processing Dal Mill for sale. The land area of about 6.5 acres and the built-up is 400 sq. yards the pulses manufacturing unit is a state-of-the-art, fully automated, PLC-controlled unit, with an installed capacity of 4-6 tons per hour, depending on the raw material quality. The current production is 65%-70%. It is one of the largest plants of its capacity in Central India and has been supplied by local Vendors. The plant being fully automated, makes it possible for us to ensure the highest standard of hygiene and quality norms and helps run down the ever-increasing labour cost. The different varieties of pulses we process are Arhar, Tuvar, Urad Dal and Toor. Yellow split Peas. We are supplying the products in Bulk to the North and East Parts of India in packets of 25 kg and 30 kg. The unit is set up in Raw Material Godown, with an area of 12000 sq. Ft, Processing Area, with an area of 17500 Sq. Ft and Finished Goods Godown, with an area of 7500 Sq. Ft. Due to the off-season currently the processing is not going on in the unit.
