A construction company based in Chennai, Tamil Nadu deals in private construction of commercial and industrial buildings in India. The company have completed some successful projects in the past. The company have 8 permanent employees and with them, we are having a high number of contractual employees in terms of contractors and workers. Previously, it was a proprietorship concern but in 2024, we had recently transferred it into Pvt Ltd concern as is entity. We have completed 20 years now and we have completed 150+ interior and construction projects and 15+ land mark projects on our name. Now, we are having a Order Book and projects of more than worth Rs 4000 crores and thus we need a funding requirement by High net worth or institutional investors in terms of Angel investing or private equity investing in order to execute the project.
