A 12 year old Pvt ltd Company doing projects of Residential construction. We are into construction of Residential projects, We purchase the land, do the construction on that and sell the projects ourselves. We have tie-up with the Interior, Architect, civil contractor and other vendors for the supply of raw materials we have 10-15 vendors in number., Currently we are doing construction of 166 flats with 2 towers 60% of the project is completed . We our in need of Working capital of Rs15 cr as an investment to work on are running Project.
