Overview
We invite strategic partners and investors to collaborate with an operational rice mill located in Kakinada, Andhra Pradesh – a prime hub for rice cultivation and export. This facility sits on 2.28 acres of owned land, with a built-up area of 37,000 sq. ft., making it a robust and scalable infrastructure for rice processing. The mill specializes in the production, blending, and sorting of high-quality rice, delivering both final and by-products including rice, broken rice, rice bran, and husk. With a maximum production capacity of 4 tons per hour, the factory is capable of running 24 hours a day in 3 shifts. At present, we operate at 2.5 to 3 tons per hour in a single shift, leaving ample room for scaling up with minimal additional investment. Our current clientele includes government contracts such as the Food Corporation of India (FCI) and Custom Milling Rice (CMR) programs. These stable demand channels ensure consistent revenue.
