The manufacturing unit is located in Pune it was started in the year 2009. The unit is spread over a land area of 8000sq. ft. and built up area of 5500 sq. ft. They are an IATF 16949:2016 certified manufacturer and the industries they serve are automotive, Green Energy and General engineering Products in electrical & aerospace industry. Currently we are making stampings for Ride Control, Engine cooling, General Engineering components, Home security, Robotics. We also provide tooling work and some assembly work like Tig and Mig Welding. The installed capacity of the plant is 24000 strokes per shift. The available capacity is of 21 hours per day whereas the utilised capacity is of 9 hours per day Main products are stamping parts, Sheet Metal Components for the automotive industry and they usually serve to the tier 1 industry. Major business is exports to North & South America, Europe, Middle east besides domestic customers. The company has 10 clients and they would be only disclosing the names of the clients once a non-disclosure agreement is signed with them.
