Agriculture Training Centre is Seeking for Investors

An agriculture training centre which is based in Sitamarhi, Bihar is seeking funds for expansion. We provide training on Agricultural equipments, Medicinal products like fertilisers, pesticides, insecticides and different kinds of medicines. In other hand, we also provide the working materials to the farmers in terms of equipments, Seeds and medicines. We have suppliers in the form of direct manufacturers where in we have 1-2 suppliers for equipment, 10-15 suppliers for seeds and 2-3 suppliers for medicines like fertilisers, pesticides etc. Our customer base includes majorly the farmers and rest are retailers for their business and sales persons. We have a total land area of 10 acres, where in our training centre is built over 2 acres of land and 1200 sq ft of built up area, and rest 8 acres is utilised for farm cultivation. its on 10 year lease agreement and the per month rent that we are having is Rs 100000.
