Overview
The business plans to open up IIT-JEE and medical examination coaching institute In Kanpur and Ranchi. The Startup looking to set up a educational academy for The IIT and JEE and Medical students. The company will be registered after raising funds. We have an identified location for the coaching center and have already discussed the terms with the landowner. Each of the center includes 17 team member out of 8 will be the highly qualified teachers, 3 computer operators, and 6 marketing team. The company will have their own android application and website which is in under the process. The app will consist PPT, study material, online test and results etc. Our business plans to procure human resource, tie-ups with schools, marketing activities, development of study material etc. The business plans to provide normal courses year wise, crash courses, own school program etc. The plan is to enroll about 780 students in the first year and then expand it. The investment is required for setting up and expanding it further.
