Established in 2022 is a high potential investment opportunity in retreat format clubbing Ayurveda wellness with hospitality. Our core Service offerings include all kinds of Ayurveda & Panchakarma therapies for Healthcare & Wellness, Kalari Payattu training, Yoga training, Performing Art Shows etc. 0.35 acres owned by Nirenjan AS (Land specifically bought to set up the Retreat). Bought the land in 2021 and developed the facility and service portfolio from the scratch and single handedly. Centre Phase 1 inaugurated during mid 2022 and Phase 2 with cottages to stay started functioning in April 2024. We are located at the serene village of Amballoor in the suburbs of Kochi city in Ernakulam District (Kerala, India) at a distance of 45 Kms from Kochi International Airport. Around 15 Kms away from Kochi city center. There are a handful of famous tourist attractions, cultural centers, temples, museum, water bodies and other activity centers within 20 Km radius of the space. Four Cottages (8 clients can stay at a time), Main building with Two Therapy rooms, doctor consultation room, office, Kalari & Yoga space for training, and other amenities are included. Current team of 14 members are working.
