Brick Manufacturing Business Looking for Funds to Expand

The company mainly sell red bricks which are produced by their units. Depending on pre-orders we also sell sand to the building contractors. The raw material is procured locally and we have the storage on site. We have two brick baking units which have a capacity of baking 3,00,0000+ bricks at a time. This year we revised the rates of our products, we increased it. We received a higher demand this year compared to the previous one. Brick chamber is built on the leased land is leased, and we have it under lease for 2 years. Inventory warehouse on 4.72 acres of leased land. We have 4 more years left as per the agreement. Administrative office on 0.89 acres of land and employee's quarters on 1.37 acres of land is under the owner's name. Pathways around the total factories are owned by the owner.
