A well-established tiles manufacturing company based in West Godavari, Andhra Pradesh, is available for sale, including its sister company engaged in raw materials production. The sister company, spread over 4.3 acres, specializes in producing ceramic body clay by assembling raw materials such as china clay, ball clay, and bind. With a current raw material production capacity of 9,000 metric tons per month, it supplies exclusively to the tiles manufacturing unit, which operates independently. The tiles manufacturing unit spans 25 acres, with a constructed area of 5.6 lakh sq ft and an additional 12 acres of vacant land available for expansion. The facility currently produces 80,000 sq ft of tiles per day, with a maximum installed capacity of 1.3 lakh sq ft per day. The business operates under its own brand while also undertaking contract manufacturing for two prominent brands. With 300 distributors across Andhra Pradesh, Odisha, Tamil Nadu, and Telangana, the company expects to achieve a topline revenue of over ₹60 crores this financial year.
