Cheema Pink Natural Granite Mines is for Sale in Pali

Established in 2022, Cheema Pink Natural Granite Mine is a promising mining asset located in Rajasthan with a total land area of approximately 21.5 bigha (around 3 hectares). Out of the total land, 12 bigha is actively used for mining operations, while the remaining area is allocated for dumping and operational purposes. The land is fully owned, and the mine has obtained all necessary approvals from the Rajasthan Government, with a royalty of ₹3.50 per ton. The mine produces Cheema Pink Natural Granite Marble, known for its quality and demand in construction and interior projects. Mining operations have recently progressed to the 3rd step, with a soul depth of 20 ft, 1st step at 15 ft, 2nd step at 20 ft, and the 3rd step newly started. Testing and core bore drilling have been conducted up to 150 ft, indicating strong long-term reserves. The operation is supported by machinery including a Hyundai 220 Excavator, Crane, 3 Wire Saws, and LT4 CP4 equipment. The mine currently produces 1300–1500 tons per month, with a production capacity of 2000 tons or more. The business generates ₹18 lakh in monthly revenue with an annual turnover of approximately ₹65 lakh.
