Overview
We have a mining lease for limestone over an extent of 334 acres in Telangana. The geological reserves assessed for the entire considering an average depth of 101 million tonnes. The geological reserves assessed based on the mines surrounding the factory are 36 million tonnes and the limestone reserve of 136 million tonnes. The life of mines considering the annual limestone requirement of 0.46 million tonnes for 1000 Tonnes per day will be 295 years. We went for expansion (600tpd)at that time the steel prices went up, which resulted in project cost increasing & under financing, after that, there were huge power cuts (daily 12 hours ) in Andhra Pradesh for which we were unable to do production & after that Telangana bifurcation came all the above reasons combined resulted in no production, with no production we were unable to pay the new took a loan ( expansion ) thus it became a nonperforming asset. Now there are no power shortages or any issues. We require funds to repay bank & other statutory dues & restart operations & complete our expansion.
