Overview
A Door lock and Door hardware manufacturing unit is available for sale in Ghaziabad. The Unit was started in 2009 on a land area of 550 sq. yards with a fully built-up area of 3 floors. At the start we were just manufacturing door hinges but later on, we started manufacturing mortise locks, al-drops, tower bolts, stoppers etc . Now we have a product range of Mortise Handles in Economic and Premium ranges and Hardware Products ( Cylinders, Cupboard locks and lock bodies). We have 8-9 categories and more than 300 SKUs. We have press shop, electroplating, electrophoretic, spray laquer, buffing, traub machines, argon welding and tool room in house. We have 20 Distributors and 120 retailers, covering the whole of North India. The production capacity of the manufacturing unit is 50 tonnes per/month, but currently, we are producing 20 tonnes per /month. We are gaining a net profit of 5% -6%.
