Electrical Appliances Both OEM Supply & Brand for Sale/JV

An Electrical Appliance owned brand plus OEM Business in Gaziabad operating on a rented premises of 5 floors on a plot area of 1800sqm, 60% built up and 40% shed area with a rental of Rs. 5 lacs per month is available for sale. The business has 4 verticals: 1)Injection Moulding set up for manufacturing Geyser Parts. 2) Ceiling Fan Manufacturing Unit 3) Wall Fans, Table fans etc 4) Mixers and Grinders. The business is running for the last 5 years. 80% of our business is where we are working as OEMs (5-6 brands) & few vendors as tier 1 and the rest 20% is where we are selling our own brand fans, juicer- mixer, and plastic cabinet directly into the market. We are OEM suppliers to well-known Indian and International electrical brands. 5-7% of our sales in through exports. The business has huge scope to expand as the business can do a turnover of more than Rs 100crs without any changes in the plant and machinery. Working capital is a constraint for us because of which we are unable to expand. We are open to getting an equity investment as the future potential is very high.
