We operate a growing, highly efficient fleet-based ride-hailing business exclusively within Hyderabad. Our current fleet consists of 13 leased Maruti Suzuki WagonR CNG vehicles, secured with a refundable deposit of ₹10,000 per car (maturing after 90 days). To maximize vehicle utilization and ensure continuous revenue generation, we employ a dedicated team of 35 drivers operating on a structured 2-shift system. Each driver works a 12-hour shift—either from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM or 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM—and receives a monthly salary of ₹25,000. By running our vehicles consistently on the Uber platform across both daytime and nighttime high-demand windows, each car generates strong, predictable returns. Every individual vehicle brings in a steady daily earning of ₹2,000 to ₹3,000 per shift, establishing a resilient and scalable operational model in a prime urban transit market.
