A growing fly ash bricks and sandstone distribution company based in Dumka is seeking funding to transition into in-house manufacturing and launch its own brand. Currently, the business sources products from 3–4 local manufacturers and supplies to over 15–20 builders and government contractors across Jharkhand. With steady demand and strong local market relationships already in place, the company now aims to establish its own fly ash brick production unit to improve margins, ensure quality control, and build long-term brand value. The proposed facility will be developed on a 1-acre plot, with an estimated initial investment of ₹45–50 lakhs for plant, machinery, and essential infrastructure. By integrating production under one roof, the business plans to streamline operations, meet rising demand, and expand its reach.
