Manufacturing of 90 KLPD Ethanol and 1250 TCD Jaggery Plant

The business operates a fully integrated manufacturing facility comprising a 90 KLPD fuel ethanol distillery and a 1,200 TCD jaggery (gur) production unit, spread across 44 acres of operational land with an additional 18 acres of vacant land available for future expansion. The ethanol unit produces fuel-grade ethanol, supplied to leading OMCs including IOCL, BPCL, and HPCL through government tenders, as well as to private traders and vendors. The jaggery unit manufactures and supplies jaggery in 30 kg bags, catering primarily to wholesale local vendors and traders. The facility is supported by strong auxiliary infrastructure including storage tanks, utilities, and a biogas plant. The biogas plant is currently in the final stages of testing and is expected to commence operations by April, enhancing operational efficiency and sustainability. Further, an 11 TPD CBG plant is planned and targeted to become operational by September 2026, providing an additional revenue stream.
