Pharma Distribution Company Seeking Funds for 50% Stake

We are a well-established pharmaceutical distribution company based in New Delhi, with 20 years of experience in the industry. Our primary focus is on distributing IVF, Insulin, and Retina medicines. We are also into Anaesthesia and Neonatal division. We operate out of a 1,000 sq. ft. warehouse, which has a monthly rent of ₹35,000. Our client base spans across India and includes 25 hospitals, 50 chemists, 10,000 direct patients, and over 2,000 doctors. With the demand for specialized medicines growing, we are seeking a strategic partner to acquire a 50% stake in our company to help us expand our operations. Currently, we have ₹1.5 crores worth of stock ready for distribution. The expected turnover of 2024-25 should be about 20 crs.
