The Company manufactures plastic (PP/HDPE)woven bags starting with PP granules as raw material. Process involves tape manufacturing, weaving into circular/tubular fabric, auto roll printing, cutting, stitching and baling. The Capacity of the plant is 4000mt/ per annum. There are 2 Units adjacent to each other and 2 Tape Lines Installed of Lohia. The sale of finished goods is to the Cement Industry, Sugar Industry and other allied industries which use these bags. The Units are running below capacity and with existing Infrastructure the units can easily do a turnover of Rs 75 crs per annum. While the Tape line is 5 years old, however the balance machinery and looms have been upgraded last year and this has enhanced capacity and value Additions
