We are into managing properties of NRIs, owners who live in different states, and companies who offer residential services to their employees. We are operating in the states like Bengaluru, Chennai and Calcutta. Currently, we are managing 350 properties as we have been running for the last 10 years and have successfully created a good brand value and goodwill. We charge one month of brokerage from both the tenant as well as the owner of the properties. For the property we manage if on rent we charge 50% of the rent and the rest 50% gets transferred to owners. 90% of our revenue is generated from Bengaluru only. Now we are looking for a buyer who is interested in acquiring all the operations of the company.
