The current monthly rent is ₹4 lakhs, and the space is fully equipped with 100 workstations, each priced at an average of ₹6,500 per seat. Our co-working hub offers a vibrant and productive environment with modern amenities and flexible office solutions tailored to the needs of professionals and businesses alike. At present, we are associated with 15 to 20 companies from diverse sectors, reflecting the trust and value our space delivers. With the growing demand for shared office infrastructure and a steady client base, we are now looking to expand our operations. The funding will be utilized to increase seating capacity, enhance facilities, and scale up marketing efforts to attract more companies and independent professionals.
