Strategic Partnership Opportunity: Growing Construction & Supply Firm in Northeast

Established 3 years ago, our dual-model business combines residential construction with a robust material supply network across Assam and Meghalaya. To date, we have successfully completed 20 domestic buildings and home projects, with 2 active projects currently in hand. On the supply side, we maintain strategic distributor partnerships and cater to 50–60 wholesale and 20–30 retail clients, expanding into road construction materials. Our operations are anchored by a 600 sq. ft. retail/wholesale shop and a 1,700 sq. ft. godown, operating under a combined monthly rent of ₹57,000.Currently operating as a proprietorship, we are looking to restructure into a partnership firm to fuel our next phase of growth.
