Tissue Paper & Aluminum Foil Manufacturing Unit Seeking Funds

We are setting up a premium tissue paper and aluminum foil rewinding manufacturing unit in Khurda, Odisha, and are seeking funds for expansion. Our facility spans 3,200 sq. ft. (G+2 floors) on a 19-year leased land with a monthly rent of ₹14,000. This will be Odisha’s first fully automatic manufacturing plant, catering to premium hotels and restaurants within the state, neighboring regions, and eventually pan India. Currently, there is almost zero competition in the state, as no existing plant can meet high-end market demands. This gives us a significant first-mover advantage in the premium segment. In addition to tissue paper and aluminum foils, we also plan to introduce plastic bag manufacturing. The groundwork is nearly complete, and we are ready to launch operations. However, additional machinery is required to scale production effectively. We are seeking funds to procure the necessary equipment and finalize the setup.
