We are running a Disruptive EV Manufacturing company of 2 wheelers electric vehicles and are based in the Bengaluru, Karnataka. With our state of art Manufacturing plant in place, where in we are currently producing 105000 units per year. Established in 2000, We are running profitable since inception. Now we are planning to increase our presence geographically and improve and expand our business and thus we require capital infusion which will be Utilised for Working capital, Capex requirements and Marketing purposes. With our disruptive technology, We are manufacturing integrated EV scooters under 3 brands. Thus, we are a special business unit established in order to fulfil the manufacturing capabilities of our parent company. We are 100% owned subsidiary of our parent company to function as a resilient EV OEM capabilities.
