A Garments and Textile Manufacturing Business based in Kerala, Mallapuram is Available For Sale. We have a manufacturing unit which have land area of 1.6 acres and 55,000 sq ft of built up area. Additionally, 25000 sq ft is expandable. Currently, as of now, we are producing 5000 pieces per day and the maximum installed production capacity of a plant is about 7,500 pieces per day. So there is a scope of expansion in terms of production. At present we have 3000 plus distribution agencies based in Kerala only and so we are only distributing in Kerala region only. We are running very profitable since inception but now we are not having sufficient funds to expand and operate outside Kerala. So, we are planning to exit from the business to hand it over to someone who can put some capital and man-force to escalate the business.
